Airport retail

Airports are the most demanding retail environments. Passenger flows, operating schedules, security requirements, space constraints, and constantly changing customer needs require a different approach to conventional retail.

Our airport retail activities combine established retail practices with alternative operating models, including hybrid staffed and self-service environments and fully autonomous retail concepts.

Operating at San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) and Denver International Airport (DEN), we have developed and operated retail concepts that challenge traditional assumptions about how airport stores can function.

We were among the pioneers of fully autonomous, self-service retail in the U.S. airport environment, bringing technology-driven purchasing experiences into highly regulated and operationally demanding settings.

Our work encompasses concept development, product selection, retail design, technology integration, merchandising, and day-to-day operations.

From established local brands to original consumer concepts, we believe airport retail should be more than a transaction. It should reflect the character of its location, make good use of available space, and offer passengers something worth discovering.
